usability frustrations
I have a nokia 6300 and an airtel connection. While the builtin browser works, I can't get any other apps requiring internet access - like the gmail app or yahoo go or opera mini - to work - they error out saying "subscribe to packet data first". In my connection settings, there are 3(!) entries for something called mobile office, whereas the builtin browser uses some connection called Airtel Live! (with the ending quote). Any idea what's going on, and how to get apps like opera mini to work?

The Nokia menus are quite indecipherable. There are multiple options dealing with connectivity. Its extremely confusing, and quite badly done. Shame on them!

I totally agree to this, the menus are bad. On top of this, the charger plug that comes with these phones are the suck, they occupy too much space, almost hiding the switch when I plug them into the socket!

The multiple Mobile Office and Airtel Live! settings that you've downloaded are all obtained from the network and aren't Nokia's doing. The easiest way to get it working is to delete all of those and request for new settings.

The settings are automatically downloaded when you insert a new SIM into the handset so swapping SIMs could do it (e.g. put someone else's SIM, new settings get downloaded, deny installation or delete them, put your SIM back in and get the new settings). All of this could be avoided if you remember the magic text you need to send as SMS to a magic number but I don't remember either of those. Maybe the booklet that came with your SIM would have it.

Do you ever leave an opportunity to advertise your website ?

No, I don't. Maybe you should start a company first and then talk?
